Evansville Bosse High School Football History
The Bulldogs share Enlow Field, with their East Side rival Memorial.
Bosse High School is on the east side of Evansville, Bosse Field is on the north side, and Bosse Avenue on the west side. All are named after Benjamin Bosse, mayor of Evansville from 1914 to 1922.
The original school colors were blue and white, but were changed because they were too similar to the colors of other local schools.
Bosse High School has played Harrison for the Buehler's Buy-Low East Bowl Trophy during Week 9 of the regular season every year since 1992.
